This event is a full session focused on transformation. Emotions can get stuck in the body and take over our system. Emotional expression is natural, healthy and necessary. In this session we’ll be guided to move, breathe, release, and reset. Turn your emotion into art during this ceremony. It will be fun, playful, safe, and profound.

Sound Bath
Finger Painting - (wear clothes you can paint in. All supplies provided.)
Purification ceremony - (suggestion: bring a bathing suit)
